Information which we know about you, the customer will only be used by us to execute orders carefully and correctly to act. Data of any kind will never be provided to third parties.
If you order create an account on our website. You only do once. Any repeat purchases you need only your username and password. Please read this information carefully to keep.
You will after you placed an order for an e-mail with the details of the items you ordered and the information for the invoiced amount to our bank account.
If your payment within five (5) days we have received no response from you whether we have received we may cancel your order. You can not receive any rights from your previous order placed and will re-enter.
Once the amount reaches us your parcel is shipped within 24 hours unless a product is in stock. You will get a message from us. If a delivery more than 3 weeks to compensate you with a 10 percent discount on your order. This is a clear indication that we are 10% of article value back into your account. This never applies to collections which explicitly stated a specific delivery. These delivery times are indicative at all times.
Within the Netherlands calculated Xclusivestyle.nl € 13,50 for shipping. For orders of € 70.00 or more you pay no shipping. The shipping costs for other countries please contact via email.
If you have multiple items ordered and your delivery is incomplete, we obviously do not ship the second charge.
We're not liable for lost orders or by the carrier. If the carrier decides a package / delivery to give a different address than the one specified in the absence or on no reply, this is also the responsibility of the carrier or customer. We are also not liable for the incorrect entering your address or delivery information. At the time of sending the items your whole property.
All our prices include VAT. By ordering you acknowledge you with the delivery and payment terms and conditions. For the effects of rap or typographical we assume no liability.

If you are not satisfied with your order, it is possible to return it within 8 days after receiving the order. Returns must meet the following requirements:
1. All returns need to be logged within 3 days via info@xclusivestyle.nl
The return must be postage prepaid. Shipments not or do not have sufficient postage will be refused. It should also address the right to insist. If the package is too late because the wrong address on the package is then we will not be responsible.
2. All costs and risks of returning to the sender.
3. Articles may not be used and provided with all original tags and in original packaging.
4. The return must be supplied with: name, order number, (reason for return), any new order and bank details (name, address and account number) Returns that are not in compliance are not considered.
5. If you wish to place any new orders at any time you receive your purchase amount minus shipping refunded.
Excluded from return are:
1. Articles from the sale can only be exchanged for other goods.
2. Due to hygienic considerations, boxer shorts, Men's strings and the like not be exchanged.
If your return does not meet the above conditions will not be processed.
